For Luminus core board devices, a thermistor is mounted on board to accurately determine the temp of the board to accurately determine the temperature of the die in-situ. The on-board thermistor is sourced from Murata Manufacturing Company.
For all Luminus devices which include a Thermistor, the following link opens a window to an online thermistor calculator.
By adjusting the slider (as seen below), the readout will show the calculated temperature.
The dropbox in the right lets you select the thermistor that is on board which will vary from device to device. Please refer to the appropriate product datasheet to correctly determine which thermistor is utilized. At this time, the calibration curve for the two thermistors Luminus uses is the same. The pulldown is there for future expansion. You can read the resistance of the thermistor using an Ohmmeter.

Note: The NCP18XH103J03RB and the NCP15XH103J03RC utilize the same Resistance Vs. Temperature Curve
Typically, these thermistors have a tolerance of ±5% and/or +/-2°C in the temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
