Cleaning Luminus Bare Die Products

If any dust, fiber, other particles or dirt need to be removed from back side of die or from the light emitting surface, use only clean dry air or nitrogen to blow it off. Recommended pressure is 30 psi maximum.

Do NOT use unspecified chemical liquids to clean the UV LED die; the chemical could harm the UV LED die. Ultrasonic bath using Isopropyl alcohol is allowed. Ultrasonic cleaning process should be pre-qualified to ensure it will not damage the UV die.

Do NOT attempt to clean the device by wiping.
