Electrical Stress Application Note

There are three major causes of LED performance degradation: contamination
stress, thermal stress, and electrical stress. This application note addresses electrical
stress factors including electrical overstress (EOS), electrostatic discharge (ESD), and
reverse polarization. This application note summarizes the main points of prevention,
troubleshooting, and remedying electrical stress damage in Luminus LED components.
