FPbase - Fluorescent Protein Database

FPbase is a user-editable fluorescent protein (FP) database that provides structured and searchable FP data for FP developers. Besides the protein database, FPbase provides a spectra viewer tool that helps users to compare the spectra of a list of light sources, fluorophores, filters, and detectors, and also calculate the collection efficiency. In the light sources category, Luminus has contributed multiple monochromatic spectral data in the database.

Under the "tools" dropdown menu, users can locate the spectra viewer tool. In the search bar, simply types Luminus to find the individual led light source spectrum. The LED light source spectra are named by the product color or the spectral range along with the product's typical peak wavelengths. The table below shows the Luminus product spectra list and the on the FPbase. More spectra could be uploaded at the customer’s request.
